the idea i had for a beret was much more complicated compared to the average beret designs and they had no issues repeating samples and send me pictures until i got the perfect replica of my artwork. i am minusing one star only because of the time they took to actually start producing the sample, as I initially payed for a sample before mass production but when i started mass production they claimed they have no sample in hand to take reference from as they sent it all to me and that its the reason for their delays. they started only 2 months after i made the order and the whole production was done in about 3.5 months instead of the promised time of one month which caused me a lot of stress. however, they are generally patient, understanding and they confirm your design 100% always and send you pictures and update you and compensate you if you have any issues with your recieved order. regardless of all that, their berets are of very high quality, amazing embroidery and beautiful finish
